With this legal notice, Lanzarote Sailing Center (LSC) informs all users of the website page about its privacy policy and personal data protection to decide, freely and voluntarily, if they wish to provide the personal information that may be required on the services offered.
In this sense, the user can provide us voluntarily personal information through the fata collection forms included in the website, through the email addresses provided or by telephone.
LSC guarantees the confidentiality of the information provided as well as it commits to comply with the obligations established in the Data Protection General Regulations, 2016/679, of 27 April and Organic Law 3/2018, on Data Protection and Digital rights guarantee, of 5 December and for such purpose informs about its data protection policy

Data Transfer: there is no international transfer planned.
Users can exercise the following rights:

d) Data processing limitation, in certain circumstances, in which case, the responsible of the data processing will only keep the information to exercise or defend any claims;

Accreditation in the regatta
Purpose of the processing: personal data collected will be processed with the objective of carrying out a correct management, control and promotion of the regatta.
Data retention: the data will be retained as long as required for organisation, historic and statistic purposes, and as long as the interested party does not request its suppression.
Data transfer recipients: The Sports Federations related to the event, exclusively when exclusively required; Insurance companies when needed as a result of incidents/accidents occurred during the event and collaborators and sponsors when the interested party has given his/her consent.
Contact: information provided by interested parties whether by email, contact form or telephone will be processed in order to provide the information requested as well as to provide information of interest to the interested parties.
Data retention: the personal data collected will be retained as long as there is an existing mutual interest. The interested party can require their suppression.
Data processing legitimation: the legal base for the processing of your data is legitimate concern of the responsible agent, the contractual relationship and/or consent of the interested party.
Data transfer recipients: there is no planned data transfer.
